Well, it was only a matter of time before someone managed to get OS X up and running on the Surface Pro. Seeing as the hardware is compatible with some of the Apple products out on the market, it was more or less inevitable that the Pro would support OS X with only a few minor tweaks. Now, it is certainly possible that the Pro is using a remote desktop application to make it appear that OS X is running natively but you will notice that WiFi is not working which does make it look like the install was native.
