I hadn't noticed this, but one user with that build called and complained that she couldn't 'block' any text when creating envelopes.
She would have a document, new or previously created, and drag-select (what she called blocking - Word Perfet-y lingo I suppose) the address, go to Mailings tab and Envelope.
Sure enough, that text was there in the To: field. But she could not drag-select (block) it to change the entirety - font, size, italics, bold, etc..

I haven't rebuilt or uninstalled/reinstalled her copy of Office 2016 yet, but it was very strange. No extra keyboards attached, no pepsi spilled on the keyboard, no paper on the keyboard, none of that noise.. And it only happened to her on the day of the new install. Day prior, she was doing this without issue.
